Schneider Electric currently has an outstanding intern opportunity which is looking for an Offer Creation Process (OCP) Buyer. This intern will report to purchasing manager and work closely with design team, Industrialization team (tooling, process, test and quality), logistic team to support new product development project. RESBONSIBILITIES
· Preparing purchasing documents:
- RFQ preparation (Symphony extract)
- NDA agreement
- Tooling contracts
- Purchase orders and reporting
- Supplier Contact info
· Contributing to BOM cost evaluation:
- processing RFQ with suppliers (using Sourcing Parts tools)
- analyzing quotations
· Managing procurement process:
- Sample request to suppliers
- Handle RFQ, PO release, goods receipt, payment.
- Track procurement to ensure on time delivery and communicate to team.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Good on oral & written English, College CET 6 is preferred
· Available to work the whole summer time until September
· Good at Windows, office and drawing viewers
