法国品牌代理项目招聘团队成员
项目名称：独家代理法国品牌开展国内营销推广项目项目介绍： 本人法国的外贸合作伙伴计划在国内推广其产品，授权本人为国内独家代理。 其产品包括眼镜镜片护理/清洗液，玻璃清洗液。改产品已在法国注册品牌，产品配方也已注册专利。 该企业在法国有超过350家的终端零售商作为其合作伙伴，先正推进与欧洲上游企业的合作以及零售大卖场中的柜台展示合作计划。该厂家希望能通过我们的代理开拓国内的销售渠道，特授权本人通过在国内找二级代理商以及其他经销模式去销售其产品。
该项目现在在筹备阶段，已经找到资金融入，如果国内渠道开展顺利，我们的项目将会最晚在8月底注册公司，通过公司的名义与国内的二级代理或者终端渠道履行订单合同。
我们的项目需要招聘一些有理想有冲劲的大学生参与，公司成立之前以团队项目的形式开展在国内的营销工作，重点是市场营销，开拓渠道，团队成员自由发挥，研究商议推广策略及执行计划，具体工作包括市场调查，营销计划，团队研究决策，渠道开拓等。项目已经取得融资，团员开展工作的开支将由我们的资金支付，并且会在暑假期间设立工作室，团队正式开始工作。
项目计划： 通过面试之后我们会选择合适的同学加入项目组，签订合作计划。团队将用7-8月的时间去开拓该产品市场，如果期间项目业绩理想的话，将会成立公司全权负责产品的进口，国内渠道供应，谈成合作渠道的成员将会负责渠道的维护，并且按照订单量提成。成为公司全职或者兼职的渠道负责人。

薪酬：按照渠道开拓情况提成，具体面议。工作室工作时长计算时薪，相关费用报销。
工作时间： 工作室会在7-8月开设，在这期间成员可以自由安排时间参与其中。
地点： 大学周边
本人有两年的外贸出口经验，有丰富的资源。长期关注国内的进口业务并且计划开拓国内的消费市场。因为我们项目处在初期阶段，这里会给你开展工作以足够的支持和发挥空间。这里是你实践的舞台，这里是你了解市场的平台。我们希望有理想，有热情的同学能参与到我们的项目中，通过团队的力量，一起为理想而奋斗。
