工作内容：负责亚太地区相关客户的软件资产和认证许可的记录和管理，与各地区IBM 资产管理部门沟通协作，开展并按时完成各类项目。详 细可看官方网站职位信息。

Job description:
Has overall responsibility for Entitlements baseline data accuracy, integrity, accurate reconciliation of entitlementsagainst installed inventory, and discrepancyclosure
• Update Hardware data repository upon request
• Validate and register software entitlement data to system in a timely manner
• Maintain software entitlement repository and renew before software expiration
• Compare software entitlement data to installed software data to identify variances
• Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
• Mandatory:
• Fluent spoken and written English and good communication skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Eye for details
• Strong time management skill
Preferred:
• General understanding of industry standard software vendors, and software contract
• Software Asset Tracking & License Management experience
• Experience in corporate / supply chain business systems; eg. SW license / contract management, Procurement, fulfilment,Order management
• Strong Excel operational skills eg. Navigation, formatting, formulas/functions, writing Macro using VBA.
• Ability to operate standard IBM intranet tools
• Ability to multi-task
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
• Bachelor degree majoring in IT, Management, or English

At least 1 year experience in Asset management, excel
