想问个有关汇丰电子网申的问题！！

Send the completed form as attachment (in MS Word document) by email to quoting the reference on your mail’s
subject: CNG/SAP/W, on or before 20 Apr 2007 。。。

弱弱地问句：邮件的主题是什么?   什么是CNG？什么是W？   quoting the reference 具体是什么意思？
