汇丰/恒生企业信息管理部是一个介于商业决策和信息技术之间的部门。企业信息管理部
主要为汇丰/恒生的信用卡、零售卡、房屋贷款等业务服务。其功能为：设计建立分析专
用数据库,开发改进数据分析工具,规范计算基本业绩度量, 管理传递内部商务信息,协助
制定商业策略,实施监测客户管理和市场营销活动。一方面与电脑系统技术部门互相协作
,将生产用数据转化为分析用数据； 另一方面与市场部、风险管理部、财政策略部紧密配
合,为其制定和实施商业策略提供信息资料和平台手段。
HSBC/ HASE Corporate Information Management Department delivers complete busi
ness intelligence capabilities that enable enterprise-wide solutions to manag
e information and analytics. Within Corporate Information Management, our spa
n of support encompasses Infrastructure Development, Customer Relationship Ma
nagement, and Business Intelligent delivery through several key roles and res
ponsibilities:
• Provide campaign management execution support according to the proces
s and timelines. Ensure compliance monitoring and internal controls are in pl
ace, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance wi
th Company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with business partners (Risk, Marketing, Finance and Ope
rations) across business units to develop the infrastructure to provide strat
egic and tactical information support.
• Initiate process reengineering and system infrastructure development
to enhance information delivery throughout the customer contact process.

职位要求：
本科或以上学历
计算机、数学、统计学、经济学、工程学、工商管理或社会科学专业
通过CET6
具备1-2年相关工作经验的应届生可获优先考虑
熟练应用SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PERL,或JAVA进行编程
具备良好沟通的能力,能应用各类信息完成任务
对于恒生业务,能运用广东话进行交流者（例如,听或说）可获优先考虑
Analyst, Information Management (Location: Guangzhou)
Job Duties:
-To interface with the business community to define objectives and requiremen
ts;
-To translate business objectives into criteria and logical specifications;
-To program and develop code to generate end deliverables (including file ext
racts, MIS reports, and SAS data marts);
-To maintain and share libraries of programs and programming techniques with
analysts across the organization;
-To make recommendations to help evolve and make iterative improvements to th
e information infrastructure;
-To implement profitability algorithms, segmentation schemes and propensity t
o purchase models;
-To support revenue generation programs. Interfaces with Marketing and risk d
epartments to translate strategy into executable instructions;
-To ascertain, recommends and implements methods of improving efficiencies in
database design, programming tools and coding methodologies for business ana
lysts and the department;
-To interface with Technology Services to research complex data quality and s
ystems processing issues to ensure resolution;
-To investigate operational systems. Extracts and generates proposals to impr
ove quality, timeliness and usability. Diagnoses underlying problems related
to data integrity;
-To identify system performance issues on large, complex queries. Redevelops
queries to perform in a more efficient manner;
-To develop trains and supports CIM Analysts as required;
-To perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) in Computer Science, Mathemati
cs, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or Social Science;
-Intern who has one to two years experience in a computing or information sci
ence oriented area is preferable;
-Demonstrated proficiency in programming in SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PEAR
L, or JAVA;
-Has the ability to actively listen, interview and apply information from mee
tings to complete assigned tasks;
-Has excellent cognitive and mathematical aptitude;
-Has the ability to independently assume responsibility and complete tasks；
-Able to speak/listen Cantonese is preferable for HASE business.
