English Customer Service

Job Duties:
1.Service inbound customer calls to proactively resolve customer issues.
2.To meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints with care and efficiency through high quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.
3.To identify sales opportunities and proactively cross sells related services.
4.To build and strength customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service.

Requirements:
1.College graduated or above.
2. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese and English fluently, CET- 4 is the priority.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and be the good team player.
4. Willing to accept challenge and pressure.
5. Enjoy the art of problem solving with customers.
6. Energetic, meticulous and team player.
7. Proficient in PC skills and internet applications
8. This position needs being in shifts to work, works every day for 8 hours, the latest rush hour to dawn 2:00, takes turns on duty the night shift to enjoy the shift differential as well as the transportation allowance.
