本帖最后由 Situ雯 于 2011-1-11 14:05 编辑Position: Executive, Outsourcing (can start from trainee)Location:GuangzhouRequirements:- Bachelor degree or above, CET-4;- More than 1 year related working experience in HR or relevant area;- Major in economics or accounting will be preferred;- Good knowledge in labor law is preferred;- Good attitude, responsible, quick-learning, and teamwork;- Good communication skill;- Familiar with MS-office;- Can work under pressure.Responsibilities:Provide HR relative services to Clients- Help Account Manager to develop and administer compensation and benefits policies and procedures;- Collects and maintains C&B information like government regulations;- Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law;- Executes daily C&B operations: salary calculation and payment, social benefits, housing fund and IIT operation and administration;- Conduct C&B communications to clients& employees;- Other related work in C&B.- Make a good communication with client’s HR etc.
