我司为知名外资房地产顾问公司,现急招如下职位:1.物业顾问(商铺部)
工作职责:
撰写分析报告
修改项目设计平面图
要求:
1.本科或以上学历,地产、建筑、城市规划或相关专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, major in Real estate, Architecture, Urban Planning or other related areas preferred.
2.熟悉电脑操作,熟悉Word、PPT和Excel软件(懂Auto CAD、Photoshop和Sketchop优先)
Proficient in PC applications, including Word、PPT and Excel.(Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchop Skill preferred)
3.优秀语言组织能力、优秀展示技巧和沟通能力
Excellent oral organizing skills,excellent presentation and communication skills.
4.优秀分析能力,注重细节
Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
2.物业顾问(商业楼宇部)
工作职责:
-为租户提供专业的租赁建议
-与开发商,租户进行有效的谈判,并促成交易
-与跨国公司进行租赁谈判,并进行相关演示
-通过电话沟通以及客户拜访了解商户情况及租赁意愿
-实地对楼盘进行调研和视察
-针对租赁条款与相关事项进行有效沟通谈判
-与房地产开发商,租户建立友好的合作关系
-及时更新及维护租户及房产商的数据库
相关要求:
-本科以上学历
-1-2年相关工作经验
-有良好的沟通、谈判技巧
-良好的团队合作意识
-熟练掌握广州话、普通话、英语,英语说写能力较强
-能熟练运用计算机,Microsoft Office熟练操作
-工作态度积极,能承受一定的工作压力
Responsibilities:
1.Identify business opportunities via handling enquiries, cold-calling, warm calling or other methods.
2. Transaction management including but not limited to conducting inspection, negotiation, documentation until successful conclusion of business.
3. Assist Senior in basic research & analysis or other supportive jobs.
4. Maintain good working relationship with relevant business peers.
5. Maintain company goodwill & personal integrity.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder or with relevant professional qualifications
2. 1 year' relevant experience in commercial agency preferred, candidate with good potential will also be considered.
3. Self-motivated, team-player & outgoing personality.
4. Excellent command in spoken and written English(CET 6 or above), Cantonese and Mandarin
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
6.Positive character and able to work under pressure.
