工作职责：

要求：
1.本科或以上学历，地产、建筑、城市规划或相关专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, major in Real estate, Architecture, Urban Planning or other related areas preferred.
2.熟悉电脑操作，熟悉Word、PPT和Excel软件（懂Auto CAD、Photoshop和Sketchop优先）
! @  M1 a- I) u3 Y0 LProficient in PC applications, including Word、PPT and Excel.(Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchop Skill preferred)
3.优秀语言组织能力、优秀展示技巧和沟通能力
Excellent oral organizing skills，excellent presentation and communication skills.

2.物业顾问（商业楼宇部）

-为租户提供专业的租赁建议
% e2 V; [- v0 h-与开发商，租户进行有效的谈判，并促成交易
-与跨国公司进行租赁谈判，并进行相关演示
/ `0 f6 W9 d( v5 K6 C2 y-通过电话沟通以及客户拜访了解商户情况及租赁意愿
-实地对楼盘进行调研和视察
-针对租赁条款与相关事项进行有效沟通谈判
* [4 K; B, Q8 a1 T4 u+ |-与房地产开发商，租户建立友好的合作关系
5 t2 G/ R0 c: j* ^- D6 [& s-及时更新及维护租户及房产商的数据库
相关要求：
-本科以上学历
& D! G- a2 W3 ~. d) j-1-2年相关工作经验
, o3 N# ^8 O; L, `+ C0 g-有良好的沟通、谈判技巧
7 V3 G7 U+ u& X-良好的团队合作意识
-熟练掌握广州话、普通话、英语，英语说写能力较强

-工作态度积极，能承受一定的工作压力

) K& L* I- j( n3 |4 Q3. Self-motivated, team-player & outgoing personality.
( y5 \6 f2 x5 O4. Excellent command in spoken and written English(CET 6 or above), Cantonese and Mandarin
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
