工作职责：

修改项目设计平面图
) Y" V$ C' R$ H要求：
# m: F- `+ L1 Y- c$ q1.本科或以上学历，地产、建筑、城市规划或相关专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, major in Real estate, Architecture, Urban Planning or other related areas preferred.
4 m, w7 W2 C" t2.熟悉电脑操作，熟悉Word、PPT和Excel软件（懂Auto CAD、Photoshop和Sketchop优先）
5 A+ T% t' W/ `5 j. p3 w+ AProficient in PC applications, including Word、PPT and Excel.(Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchop Skill preferred)
3.优秀语言组织能力、优秀展示技巧和沟通能力
Excellent oral organizing skills，excellent presentation and communication skills.

工作职责:
-为租户提供专业的租赁建议
-与开发商，租户进行有效的谈判，并促成交易
-与跨国公司进行租赁谈判，并进行相关演示
-通过电话沟通以及客户拜访了解商户情况及租赁意愿
-实地对楼盘进行调研和视察
- m4 ?5 G; F. @8 L7 W9 y-针对租赁条款与相关事项进行有效沟通谈判
-与房地产开发商，租户建立友好的合作关系
-及时更新及维护租户及房产商的数据库
3 I9 v% I* I3 I$ T: V/ R相关要求：
-本科以上学历
-1-2年相关工作经验
4 U- b! A6 K8 D  R: ]6 G-有良好的沟通、谈判技巧
-良好的团队合作意识
-熟练掌握广州话、普通话、英语，英语说写能力较强
-能熟练运用计算机，Microsoft Office熟练操作
1 r" j! C+ D6 X5 }" b) I-工作态度积极，能承受一定的工作压力

Responsibilities:
& A3 q% b" h) {% b1.Identify business opportunities via handling enquiries, cold-calling, warm calling or other methods.
2. Transaction management including but not limited to conducting inspection, negotiation, documentation until successful conclusion of business.
3. Assist Senior in basic research & analysis or other supportive jobs.
/ B/ d/ h6 q* L4 N9 Z4. Maintain good working relationship with relevant business peers.
5. Maintain company goodwill & personal integrity.
! p  I/ ]; H% g6 T5 w. M0 pRequirements:
1. Degree holder or with relevant professional qualifications
% X6 ]; d  v* P; C7 s" d* `2 w2. 1 year' relevant experience in commercial agency preferred, candidate with good potential will also be considered.
6 D5 A& c; v0 P3 y3. Self-motivated, team-player & outgoing personality.
8 W2 ]+ i3 d$ c2 M2 s* h& J; l4. Excellent command in spoken and written English(CET 6 or above), Cantonese and Mandarin
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
6.Positive character and able to work under pressure.
