Researcher （Intern）岗位职责
Key Responsibilities are:
- Contribute to a minimum of 3 successful placements in any given quarterly pe
riod
- Represent the brand Kelly Services with the utmost integrity and professiona
lism
- Source candidates for active assignments using cold call techniques against
a pre-defined target list provided by a Consultant
- Work with speed and accuracy – in turn acquiring full candidate resume info
rmation to enable the Consultant teams to effectively screen against a given a
ssignment profile
- Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
- Support assignments with supervision from a Consultant/ Senior Consultant or
Managing Consultant
Success in the job looks like:
- Achievement of the individual placement target per quarterly period
- New Candidates are entered into the Kelly database
- Acknowledgement from peers and managers to be a supportive team player
- Acknowledgement from clients and candidates for excellent service provision
General Minimum Requirements
- First Degree
- Minimum 6 months work experience/ internship
- Professional Deportment/ English Language fluency – spoken and written. Exc
ellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical/ Professional Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Phone Interview Skills (Basic level)
- Sector knowledge and interest
