-        Issue release order to clients

-        Special container modification, such as hang containers arrangement base on requirement from customer service

-        Collect deposit cheque for inbound laden containers while consignee takes delivery the cargo
-        Cooperate with Import/Finance departments to ensure clean book on the detention/demurrage collection

Sales Assistant                                                    
General Responsibility
-        Through telesales channel sell and promote integrated Line and Logistics products including FCL, LCL, airfreight, E-commerce and value added services in your sales coverage as per customer segmentation.
-        Provide input to the sales plan of your account group and execute the market plan set for the Sales Organization.

-        Identify and develop potential direct clients within your sales coverage.

General Responsibility
-        To assist team leader to manage team

-        To ensure your performance meets and exceeds targets and initiatively assist other associates to reach targets
-        To ensure adherence to the local AR and Credit Control procedures guided by global and Area policies and complied with local legal requirements
-        To conduct credit management and coordinate the credit application process in CB branch

-        To coordinate with payment center to arrange CB branch operational payment
-        Ad hoc assistance as required by the CB branch finance manager and AR team leader, to be back up of other members within the AR team.
