职位描述: | Description Responsibility: Responsible for providing remote in-depth technical support in a distributed team Solving highly complex technical issues in close cooperation with service delivery team and division labs Clarify problem, develop clear & structured action plan and update Handle customer professionally, manage customer satisfaction effectively and escalate timely Provide knowledge & experience generation/management to entire China Service delivery team. Proactive service delivery for assigned account on the area of IT business infrastructure support, UNIX mission critical environment support, high end storage and networking. Qualifications Requirements: Extensive experience with the system and network administration of Unix(HPUX or Tru64); Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking technology. Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols and internetworking protocols, such as Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, X.25 etc. HP9K or Alpha hardware experience is preferred Certification or equivalent in one or more following areas are highly preferred: Programming - Java/C Database - Oracle OCP CISCO CCNP Linux - Redhat/Redflag University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or above; More than 5 years of relevant experience; Oral fluency and written skills in English and Chinese Personal Background: Highly self-motivated, confident, adaptable and fast-learner Good at acknowledging and analyzing new technology in the professional field independently Strong problem diagnostic and trouble-shooting skill. Self-starter, enjoy challenging and energetic work environment. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skill |
