Principal Accountabilities:

" d5 f$ r4 Y: v( S) U        Recording and checking accounting transactions, i.e. receipt management & audit, corporate card administration, data entry.
3 G* h$ q  F4 J! ^) s) ]        Reconciling and controlling accounts, retrieving information from the accounting system and responding to the questions (written and calls) in the company providing remote accounting services for Asia-Pacific countries.
3 H7 _; |/ ?! d: l/ I2 k        Act as the mentor of new staff, training new staff on procedures and operations.
        Improving service quality with reducing operating costs.

! W9 J' f8 [/ R+ U1 M' N" C        English major, fluent English both in writing and speaking;
9 s2 |0 _! K9 u; y        Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.);
