9 I" R# _$ X* n3 @8 g$ D9 fOperation Responsibilities:

Support senior operator in doing daily operation.-Reply enquiries from customer, overseas colleague, carrier and handling agent.-Issue HOBL and debit note/tax invoice to shipper.-Release HOBL to shipper once all charges settled.-Submit shipping information to carrier/co-loader for MOBL issuing.-Settle payment with carrier, vendors timely.-Send pre-alert to overseas office within the given time.-Input data in shipment master log, keep updating system and prepare other related report accurately and timely.-Job filing, ensure all files are kept up-to-date.Back up senior operator when needed. -Take booking with customers and arrange export shipment as per SOP/instruction.-Take booking with customers and arrange shipment as per SOP/instruction.-Provide service required by customer or overseas colleague, such as trucking, customs clearance, etc.-Update shipping schedule and shipment details to overseas.-Track and trace shipment status, ensure shipment shipped timely and smoothly.-Prepare different kinds of report required by different customers/overseas.-Perform any other duties as assigned by direct superior.Work with senior operator to improve operation process -Identify the problem in existing operation process-Draft solution to solve the proble
