汇丰银行的charge back team CSO 职责简介: 通常客户在使用信用卡月结单的时候,对月结单交易有任何疑问,银行便会将此类型的事件交给退款组处理,由退款组去解决争议. 通常产生争议是因为客户透过信用卡消费,而对月结单的交易有质疑。通常会因以下的情况而产生争议: l 有可能是商户使用信用卡的过程中,机器系统出现问题(无纸或无信号); l 有可能是商户在清算的过程中出现失误,需客人重复使用信用卡; l 有可能是客户网上理财进行过帐业务的时候,产生失误。 退款组的同事的工作是需要快捷、准确及专业地透过电话和书写邮件的方式,透过与银行,客户,商户间的联系,沟通调查结果,根据银行内部的守则和条款去解决有关的争议并执行还款守则。 职位要求: 操纯正粤语,英文水平达六级以上,具备良好的英语沟通能力以及书写能力。在与商户或者客户沟通的过程之中,难免客户会有愤怒的情绪,同事除了解决争议之外,更需要与客户建立良好的的关系。
