中国未来领导精英项目(CFL)面向中国未来优秀的领导者，搭建中国精英的交流平台。通过与国际知名学府交流、亲身领略发达的教育、经济及人文精神，透视中国未来的发展。通过与哈佛大学、麻省理工学院、耶鲁大学、哥伦比亚大学、斯坦福大学、英国牛津大学、剑桥大学、帝国理工学院、伦敦政治经济学院等著名学府会议、课程交流，以及美联储、国际货币基金组织IMF、美国国家广播公司NBC、英特尔、微软、奥美、摩根斯坦利、英国国家广播电视台BBC、宝马BMW集团等优秀企业知名人士的访问学习，加强项目成员对于领导力的正确理解，拓展国际视野，提高跨文化交际能力，寻找宏图的契机，并提升人生的高度。

中国未来领导精英项目(CFL)是学术界在亚洲地区为数不多的最具代表性、最有影响力的组织之一。自建立以来，CFL在不同国家和地区多次成功举办了国际活动，并获得了各界的领袖、商界以及学术界精英的热情参与，为促进讨论亚太地区的众多重要国际议题提供了一个思想交流的平台。

China Future Leadership Project (CFL) is a dynamic and international project in which future leaders engage the widest international horizon. To this end, CFL organizes a series of speeches, plenary forums, topical panels, world leading company visit and social events featuring distinguished leaders from industry, government, and academia who have intimate experience with China and Asia.

CFL has drawn prestigious speakers from around the world. These speakers have included prominent business leaders, distinguished faculty from preeminent universities, such as Harvard, MIT, Columbia, Stanford, Cambridge, Oxford and renowned leaders from governments.
