# g* A  ?) p) `( h0 u该职位对大学专业及工作经验无特殊要求,只要您是正轨院校大专以上学历即可,但是语言要求和综合素质要求非常高,因为我们的客户大部分是外籍人士,所以良好的的英语/粤语口语交流能力是关键,综合素质主要是指人际沟通能力、客服意识和技巧、团队合作能力等。

1. Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of Customer Support Helpdesk, Reservations, attend promptly to all customer requests via email or telephone, and also ensure that all new accounts requests are processed within the specified SLA timeframe.

/ E4 B1 c; x& k9 f8 @4. Work closely with Marketing team to ensure that all sales collaterals on service information are updated and format used by Sales compiles with corporate branding format.
+ z+ o+ s6 s; ~$ p! v# F( Y5. Work closely with Sales team, and provide assistance to Account Managers as and when required to support their sales activities (materials for launch/roll-out, road shows, tele-marketing, surveys, etc.)
/ u# {2 ]3 t$ m  e6. Coordinate Customer Support activities with other Customer Support Colleagues in the region, and provide assistance as and when required.3 p7 _! |  _: ]* ~4 T$ I* [
7. Ensure that customer problem tickets are escalated to relevant parties with  proper follow-up until the tickets are closed when customers are satisfied with findings.# m6 R( X! S1 G! U
8. Understand and comply to new policies an procedures as and when applied by the Company.( M* r( R; l% m
9. The successful candidates will be required to handle customer enquiries, training and setting up of video and audio conference calls for customers.

Requirements:; H0 ~, T4 g" _5 U  ~' x+ }
1. GCE ‘A’ level / Diploma holders
$ A# B% f" V' u2. Computer literate# J& q; R7 V; c2 U' j; a
3. Service oriented with friendly disposition
0 Y% L& _% h: `: C' e! Z: d4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6 x, `6 U5 N! H$ Y- @; T5. Meticulous in execution of tasks
" e" X  \# I1 y$ M* q& T6. Some technical background in telecommunication would be an advantage, Y' V0 X$ k8 F% x) k- {& D# z
7. Experience in using or setting up audio and videoconference a plus
