/ ~3 w) l4 }# V" E, i% h% qAdmin assistant Job Duties: 1. Hotline, fax and external email handling 2. Stationery ordering and data collecting for environment report 3. Office facilities and environment control & management 4. Maintenance of department schedules and files; meeting minutes taking 5. Subscription and delivery control of newspapers & Magazines 6. Office allocation, seating plan preparation & update 7. Special events coordinating, like open days, parents' meeting etc 8.Staff travel coordinating, like hotel, flight and relevant expense reimbursement etc 9. Other supporting issues assigned by leader. Requirements: 1. Good English at communicative level is a must. (Especially Oral English); 2. University Degree; 3. Proactive attitude and self-driven; and able to work under presure; 4. Administration experience is a plus; excellent fresh graduates are acceptable. 5.
