Job Duties：
1.Service inbound customer calls to proactively resolve customer issues.
8 g) L& l% A0 Y6 A2.To meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints with care and efficiency through high quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.
3.To identify sales opportunities and proactively cross sells related services.
8 z9 _% G+ S& b& o0 F; b4.To build and strength customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service.

1.College graduated or above.
+ {! |, q) I3 Z1 B2. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese and English fluently, CET- 4 is the priority.
5 M; `8 X2 f, x% K7 D2 s  N: C3. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and be the good team player.
4. Willing to accept challenge and pressure.
5. Enjoy the art of problem solving with customers.
