- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response; 1 X0 p$ r( d6 y/ p$ b/ s7 E; W
to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters; 1 f* p+ t( ~9 `. U- ~* ]" ?
- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
6 ^- C6 h, L  X( D, y- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities; ; R7 d, a- f4 Q0 w. T; I/ f
- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.
- A, b* A( Y5 ?4 E  `+ @/ W& a6 W/ B2 y; j6 d+ h. g
Requirements:
! F6 ]/ A( I8 C" i- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;
1 i% q: R0 n0 K% }- Fluent and pure Cantonese;
8 C6 _1 o, X/ p- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities;
5 d; s" e, ]/ d* n- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable; . D3 u3 T" o8 f/ \4 W* V
- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; ' a/ v  |, l" m3 ]+ B7 Q
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;

- Rotating day shift (9:00-18:00),from Monday to Saturday;
