Job Duties:
7 v6 j& w: |; H* G& ^- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;
* A2 S5 B: u# g% Gto customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters; ) i) ~; [* ?* x& R  e: W
- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards; # {; @5 W% K+ U: e* S$ g
- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
. R7 s: m2 t( G6 K) u$ g- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.   n+ E/ L+ z% v+ n

" B& L4 i7 t4 T# T6 K# @6 ERequirements: 9 Y" `9 C6 e3 D! ?4 i
- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;
' B4 l6 f" z1 E! g* P  A- Fluent and pure Cantonese; 0 D. m7 z1 D& M$ e% v) o
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; 9 _/ H1 q+ I5 s& j" r
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
; a4 k& i, t8 C4 z" z- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; % t& k+ O8 `. G' ~  K- U
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
" c) K' H6 S$ z8 s8 G+ d! i- Attention to details;
  U! {( D* U6 x4 h; q- 2010 & 2011 intern is welcomed.

- 8 hours per shift,average 40 hours per week.
