Job Duties：

2 G* _9 Q) W! f1 d. J0 z  F6 g7 w2.To meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints with care and efficiency through high quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.
# x) j5 E/ o* d- ?! b3.To identify sales opportunities and proactively cross sells related services.
4.To build and strength customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service.

4 _& f2 l. A4 F  T3 sRequirements：
1.College graduated or above.
2. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese and English fluently, CET- 4 is the priority.

7. Proficient in PC skills and internet applications
8. This position needs being in shifts to work, works every day for 8 hours, the latest rush hour to dawn 2:00, takes turns on duty the night shift to enjoy the shift differential as well as the transportation allowance.
