管理实习生发展计划


为支持索迪斯业务在中国的未来发展，我们将于2010年9月下旬启动“管理实习生发展计划”。该计划通过前期的轮岗实习，旨在促进实习生对索迪斯业务和发展前景的了解，培养管理能力，同时对实习生进行考察。通过考核并有意愿的实习生可正式加入索迪斯获取进一步的职业发展。

Management Internship Development Program
To support the future development of Sodexo in China, we will launch the “Management Internship Development Project” starting Sep 2010. This Project provides some months’ on site job rotation internship within Sodexo. Interns will have the opportunity to know more about the activities of Sodexo and its development perspective as well as improve their management skills. The company will assess the interns at the same time. Interns who succeed the assessment and who have the willingness will be able join Sodexo for further career development.

任职要求:
－2011届大专或大学本科毕业生；
－愿意从事后勤管理服务行业；
－良好的服务意识、团队精神；
－不断进取的工作热情；
－优秀的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力；
－良好的数字计算和分析总结能力；
－英语听说读写熟练者优先。

--College or Bachelor degree students who will graduate in 2011.
--Willingness to work in the service industry.
--Service spirit and team spirit.
--Good communication skills and capacities for analysis and problem solving.
--Passion to make progress.
--Good data analysis and synthesis skill.
--Good English level is a plus.
