' J1 g- ~/ I/ w9 m2.To meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints with care and efficiency through high quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.

4.To build and strength customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service.

2. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese and English fluently, CET- 4 is the priority.
