What’s internal control?

Carrefour China Internal Control Team helps stores & all other different function Dept. to: Ensure the compliance of national policies/strategies; Avoid or reduce the potential risks.

What are our responsibilities?

l
Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy;

l
Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk;

l
Report checking result to company for better implementing company policy.

l
Help to build the communication bridge between stores, other different function & Head Office

l
Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task

l
* j3 [5 b! N& K  @9 U1 H) J, D) {Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking

l
( e- S/ O, O# V6 q; y3 xAnalyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report

l
1 \# f! s' |7 \1 x/ O6 ACalculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group

l
! v+ C4 ]5 M9 |% A% mSummarize problems and share experience for each task

l
) L+ r) D( {: @0 p4 x" GAnswer questions raised from store & other different function dept.
