! e5 `* ~3 g, Y* n3 y) _2 b9 \Graphics Platform Engineering Team has immediate opening for an intern to provide continuous support to AMD memory tuning engineers in testing and qualification of graphics memories specific to AMD Graphics Cards. Key responsibilities of the position was listed as below
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work with MTAG team to support the qualification of memories on AMD graphics products.
2 J! D4 H" w# V' p! h% i: v-Qualify alternate memory sources for AMD OEM, ODM and AIB customers.
-Perform Signal Integrity measurements as requested by OEM/ODM customers.
; [" O" o9 r  r; E-Assist in test tools update, qualification tools application and lab equipment maintenance.
-Develop and perform BIOS tuning and verify memory interface to test memories on various AMD boards.
-Assist Field Application Engineers to support AMD customers in BIOS tuning and other memory related issues.

REQUIREMENTS
3 J! o" q1 r. ]-B.Sc. or M.Sc. In EE or CS or equivalent is required
-Good English required – verbal and written

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
-Have experience in electronic hardware development or test environment
& @( _# G6 \$ J" k9 j/ k0 P  Y-Understand high-speed mix-signal multi-layer PCB design techniques
7 V* s3 ^, i/ K$ R& M-Familiar with basic Linux commands and configurations
-Experience with DRAM memories and knowledge of different memory technologies is an asset
2 X2 w; O0 M6 M8 E2 ]4 C6 `  H-Skilful to operate high bandwidth oscilloscope for high speed signal measuring and analyzing
+ n! P6 W, {* E+ |2 ]-Good communication skills and tact in order to set up liaison with MTAG team and other internal AMD departments.
! f/ ~" Y' u" @& {-Knowledge of PC, CPU and graphics architectures
# t- ?* ]8 ]6 R- X* X  ^-Proven ability to effectively handle fast-pace projects
-Must be a self-motivated contributor and a strong team player
3 @, J- L- g' W0 f: G. Q-Effective communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Mandarin
