工作职责：
1、主要协助人事经理开展招聘工作（包括人才寻访、面试安排、面试跟踪等）
1 j% R  Q" [/ _- l. @( r. x2、企业文化：公司文化与制度建设，员工活动组织，公司内刊，通讯媒介，CIS等；
9 O" |. j0 _# G& Z* z3、员工关系：劳动关系，员工谈话，处理员工报怨与争议，奖惩，员工辅助等；

2 Q  U, n: N! U5 V要求：
1、良好的中英文能力（口语&书面），
8 g( ~& L7 {2 z1 q$ E) H2、较强的执行能力、应对突发情况能力，

4、有猎头或招聘经验优先。
