职位描述：
Program Introduction

We are seeking self-starting, motivated individuals with Bachelor of Science or Higher Degree level qualifications in Engineering, Applied Sciences and Chemical.  Ideally applicants should have a further 2+ years of practical experience in engineering or technology roles within an international company and want to grow their technical and commercial skills to cement a career in functional or business leadership.  High performing new graduates will also be considered.

Enrolled candidates who are proved successful in Gore will gain experience in Multiple functional area
(e.g. R&D, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, New Product Development and Manufacturing) during the initial stage of their career.  An individual's paths will be tailored by business and individual development needs.

If you have a love of engineering and technology, along with an interest in the outdoor activities (mountain sports, hiking & trekking, running, cycling, hunting etc.), Gore is the right place for you!

Qualifications/Skills

•Minimum qualification is Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied science and Chemical.
•2+ years working experience in multi-national, technology based industry preferred.  Exceptional new graduates are welcome to apply.
•Solid grounding in engineering/science fundamentals and the ability to apply this knowledge to manufacturing processes and product design.
•Ability to prioritize.
•Hands on problem solving skills.
•Proven written and oral communication skills in English.
•Ability to network and interface effectively with a broad range of functional teams.
•Openness and be willing to take challenges.
•Strong team player, takes the initiative, easy going character.
•Eager to learn something new, ability to learn quickly.

•Use sound science, engineering skills, statistical tools and problem solving methodologies to resolve identified greatest uncertainty.
•Able to understand the link between end user needs and the value our products & services offer.

•Capability to champion complex, cross functional, technical projects.
•Develop understanding of Intellectual Property (IP): Expectation to protect and growth of Gore Intellectual Property.
•Information Access: Understand and utilize basic information access tools.
