Wherever you are you will learn about both functions through taking ownership of real roles, but you will soon specialise in one or the other. Perform well and you can develop into a sales or marketing director and ultimately a country general manager.

Supply Chain
8 v% T9 v. {. }The second largest of our programmes enables you to learn how to run one of our world-class manufacturing facilities from the ground up. You’ll join one of our manufacturing sites around the globe and take on roles in engineering, quality or manufacturing. All these experiences will give you the business insight to develop from plant manager to supply director, and beyond.

Research & Development
The focus here is on our five global R&D centres of excellence. You’ll develop by moving between the different pillars of R&D - the New Technologies Group, Category Development and the Scientific Services Group. As the business grows so will you - prove yourself and you can expect to eventually become an R&D director for a product category or an R&D pillar.
