/ v- V" }1 J6 |1 b1 Q& s1 ?) @1.协助新制程，新技术及新材料等的导入，并主导或协助完成VAVE项目（制程成本评估及控制以达到节约成本的效果）；
2. 监督供应商生产制程，跟踪生产进度；
( V5 m$ l+ m* L, k- \3. 制定, 维护并时刻更新相关的重要制程步骤；
4. 根据要求现场收集数据完成产能评估工作；
, P, t$ M& `5 Z) m5. 协助新产品的导入，解决制程过程中出现的质量问题；
6. 有必要时为美国到访的同事提供协助。

$ L1 @+ O! V" l& d* y! E1、大学本科或以上学历； 机械工程类及相关专业应届毕业生；
8 ^+ e3 v+ K: D; I8 c6 o5 a2、能够独立完成任务；
3、较好的英语及中文表达能力；
. i/ s) u* g  D3 L; C# C1 f7 a4、能够应用3D软件者优先考虑；
. O7 F6 J0 g: K# L: o5、熟悉office编辑软件。

( c# L3 L0 I. H& g1. Assist in new process, new technique, new material development and VA/VE project.
2. Audit suppliers’ processes, evaluate production status and initiate improvement project.
& L. \+ f5 a$ l6 w' F8 I3. Set up, maintain and update the key manufacturing process steps/maps and process control plan.
( I: `' h  h/ R( U6 F2 o3 u* V, t4. Onsite collect suppliers’ related process data for capability and capacity study upon request.
; N9 W4 q% E! E8 Q5. Assist in launch process for the new products and solve the quality issues/concerns.
& o5 t5 V, N' }3 h# H! w9 c6. Provide support during US colleagues’ visiting in town.

Education and Ability:
1.        Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field, new graduate is welcome too.
2.        An open-minded team-player with the ability to work independently
3.        Good communication skills in English and Chinese in writing and speaking.
4.        Good skill in 3D software (Pro-E, UG or Solid Works) is preferred.
