应征者必须具备以下的条件和资格：

• 2008届专科或本科毕业生；
• 纯正粤语，英语要求2级（四级优先考虑）；

  熟练掌握个人电脑及软件的操作；
• 具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力；

         Inbound call position主要负责解答客户业务咨询以及受理投诉，维护客户关系，为客户提供优质售后服务；
