• 2008届专科或本科毕业生；
• 纯正粤语，英语要求2级（四级优先考虑）；

Key Responsibilities

1 b; M4 @7 H2 b- Q! y2 O         Inbound call position主要负责解答客户业务咨询以及受理投诉，维护客户关系，为客户提供优质售后服务；
         Outbound call position 主要负责对现有客户作业务或产品推广，为客户提供金融产品的增值服务.
