Demonstrated ability to carry out plant transformation studies independently or as part of a team

Maintain accurate experimental records according to company policy with outstanding attention to detail
Share results with team members and other scientists in a timely fashion

Strong scientific background in plant tissue culture and genetic transformation

Knowledge of plant genetics, development, physiology and biotechnology   

Critical Skills
& L7 B9 k! L' K# V) a! E. t5 ?& UExperience in plant tissue culture, transformation and relevant media preparation, including sterile technique
* M) u1 R2 H* V4 DAttention to detail and skill in implementing experimental plans
: w7 z5 j, R7 _; IExcellent analytical and communication skills in interpreting and presenting study results
7 o4 |+ G3 ?1 a4 i% X9 u4 lProficiency in use of standard software (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with databases and DNA manipulation software a plus
' K7 Q* C$ B, C; e4 j! u' u7 C9 @Problem-solving ability in the context of plant tissue culture technique and transformation optimization
