$ ^$ q5 D! `; J3 v; L; L1 |If you're a highly focused individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, materials management or related areas in operations, manufacturing, engineering or logistics, then Avery Dennison's GOLD Program - The Global Operations Leadership Development Program may be right for you.

The GOLD Program offers selected individuals the opportunity to experience different management assignments over an intensive two-year period. The assignments may be cross-functional, international, or specially designed to meet the needs of the individual and the business.

DWhen an Associate completes the rotations/assignments within the program, these programs will guide the individual to a full time role that aligns with the individual’s long term career aspirations and the Company’s business needs. Potential positions in South China may include:

通过GOLD项目，我们期望挑选多位优秀的应届毕业生加入公司，并给与两年的在职培训与发展，培养成为公司的技术主干或管理人员。成功应聘者将有机会到广州南沙、广州番禺及深圳沙井三个主要生产基地及公司其他业务部门进行轮岗及定岗。

Mechanical, Mechanic/Electrical, Automatic, Industrial Management and Engineering, Printingetc.
