5 v7 q! b0 d6 u' eThe GOLD Program offers selected individuals the opportunity to experience different management assignments over an intensive two-year period. The assignments may be cross-functional, international, or specially designed to meet the needs of the individual and the business.

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
Good command of both spoken and written English. (English Band 6 preferred.)
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy working in a team.
