If you’re a highly focused individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, materials management or related areas in operations, manufacturing, engineering or logistics, then Avery Dennison’s GOLD Program - The Global Operations Leadership Development Program may be right for you.

The GOLD Program offers selected individuals the opportunity to experience different management assignments over an intensive two-year period. The assignments may be cross-functional, international, or specially designed to meet the needs of the individual and the business.

When an Associate completes the rotations/assignments within the program, these programs will guide the individual to a full time role that aligns with the individual’s long term career aspirations and the Company’s business needs. Potential positions in South China may include:
