the development of our existing website.  The criterias are as follow:

a.   1 Senior experienced programmer with expertise in Javascript.  Will be
an advantage to have great knowledge in PHP and CSS too.
b.   1 Senior experienced programmer with expertise in PHP.
c.   1 Mid-level or junior programmer with expertise in CSS.
