职位要求：

 通过CET6

9 d! _1 @) S* h, h 熟练应用SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PERL,或JAVA进行编程

Job Duties:
% D0 C( q" l! J- x-To interface with the business community to define objectives and requiremen

-To translate business objectives into criteria and logical specifications;
-To program and develop code to generate end deliverables (including file ext
4 J6 B. D3 M7 r4 r+ Sracts, MIS reports, and SAS data marts);
-To maintain and share libraries of programs and programming techniques with
analysts across the organization;

e information infrastructure;

epartments to translate strategy into executable instructions;
-To ascertain, recommends and implements methods of improving efficiencies in

lysts and the department;

-To investigate operational systems. Extracts and generates proposals to impr
9 M! h6 ~5 i$ X7 A) `" h+ Sove quality, timeliness and usability. Diagnoses underlying problems related
9 ^4 F$ ]1 H% Z% \* J9 `to data integrity;
-To identify system performance issues on large, complex queries. Redevelops
queries to perform in a more efficient manner;

-Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) in Computer Science, Mathemati
4 S/ l  S' G0 vcs, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or Social Science;
-Intern who has one to two years experience in a computing or information sci
1 A) V  a+ D6 i+ H, kence oriented area is preferable;
0 m6 m8 @" s# K3 c& o' ?-Demonstrated proficiency in programming in SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PEAR
  S+ B4 S( j! U4 u1 c8 FL, or JAVA;
-Has the ability to actively listen, interview and apply information from mee
tings to complete assigned tasks;
( F) N: {2 T! V6 T9 Y1 m: R-Has excellent cognitive and mathematical aptitude;
