It has been expanded as the following functional departments:
# T$ @- o* r$ C6 P9 x# I& LArt Design Department: it is the first professional dedicated fashion design team in cellular case business. Its members come from variety of fields such as industrial, fashion, animation, and graphic design. The team presents pieces of artwork that lead fashion into the cellular business world and change people’s point of view about mobile phone cases. The team is opening a window to a whole new fashion line in our life from now on.
( R' L9 C* p# |+ v5 v- }New Product Development Department: this team explores new technical or scientific approaches, materials, and tries different artistic skills to present our concepts, ideas and colorful lives. It continuously creates new products to create more of the most popular items in the field.
Sales and Marketing Department:  instead of simply promoting the products to the markets, the team constantly analyzes the market and predicts market trends. It offers solutions to our customers from ideas, concepts, products, to after-sale service.
Supporting and Sourcing Department: is the bridge that links an idea or a concept to a final solution or a whole package of service. It is founded on a solid ground such as sourcing or creating the right material and applying key technique by our professional team. With a broad space of various options for materials, and the up-to-date techniques, our artistic talents and innovators’ imagination can definitely go higher and further. We control quality from our individual items to the whole production, and inspect and evaluate each solution and service.

IBP Case Concept (IBP CC) is the main factory. It functions as the product testing and processing base. The other subsidiary factories’ main functions are to process the products. They have made products to lead markets around world.
