Requirement

·Bachelor degree holder or above, major in English prefer.

ort or related field.

2.了解本人所负责的行业的人才状况，能够根据行业状况和客户公司状况，能较准确地判
断客户职位所要求的人才质量。  
3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读
简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。  
5 h' @4 S& T! C3 v7 U4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持
紧密联系。

要求:
1.优秀的英语口语和书写能力，良好的沟通技巧。
2.工作有热情,遇上困难不会轻易放弃。
# E6 m3 K! n5 K) y0 u3.工作刻苦,头脑敏捷;能在压力下工作。
4 i; y$ x2 |# F& v2 }. U5 J; m4.愿意不断学习及进取。

6.有电话销售,客户服务经验优先。
