to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;
/ t/ }0 l7 z0 }/ \6 r$ q- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
  U: R: w+ U# b$ W- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
* W6 K# [: V& F4 F  C8 e- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.
) r/ F8 F: n  O# A  i. Z7 F5 C# `' V* u* b' @! `- ?; H' O
Requirements: ; [: G) Y0 J6 T% i% }
- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;
( z+ O3 T/ x- G2 l9 r: v' k- Fluent and pure Cantonese;
8 r) @' j  x( ?( m2 @5 Z( J- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; 0 K( R; O: |$ J9 S
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
: A) C( F5 X# u6 C- w; E- PC literacy and exposure to email handling;
# S% j; r, \0 Z7 [- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
+ W! K3 t5 y4 i6 u- Attention to details; - n  s# i% i* w! ^+ T4 k4 a
- 2010 & 2011 intern is welcomed. # I9 s* U: [* o5 t  h+ y  r

* H! s) }( t/ Z8 pWorking Time:
0 Y9 a% V( f2 t" a3 U/ R. w$ \- Rotating day shift (9:00-18:00),from Monday to Saturday; + }/ f8 A: d8 g* P2 V; o9 s
- 8 hours per shift,average 40 hours per week.
