1.Service inbound customer calls to proactively resolve customer issues.
# P! ~3 _1 b( L# _2.To meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints with care and efficiency through high quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.
: P& \# \5 b! u% ^4 s* Y/ V6 Q- u3.To identify sales opportunities and proactively cross sells related services.
/ G: x& Q* T- l8 l. v& n6 k4.To build and strength customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service.

Requirements：
2 S' x0 y ]' j1.College graduated or above.
. N# O) `% c V9 t) ? R6 V+ H2. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese and English fluently, CET- 4 is the priority.
; H9 @' C. x! _7 S3. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and be the good team player.$ A5 [1 ?, A, A) A- z

8. This position needs being in shifts to work, works every day for 8 hours, the latest rush hour to dawn 2:00, takes turns on duty the night shift to enjoy the shift differential as well as the transportation allowance. : a ^8 F4 F9 I2 j1 g
