3. Receive professional headhunting training.
8 R5 Z. e2 C1 J8 z! U4. Prepare to be promoted to be consultant in 1 or 2 years.

1. College degree or above.
2. Fair English.
3. Smart and want to have a good career development in headhunting field.
4. Honest and have good communication skills.

6 l( c9 B- B5 w+ X  T1 W' l* j1.协助顾问为顾客寻找合适的候选人。
2.完成候选人的推荐报告。
4 ]1 O+ l2 S& ^! p8 F$ @3.接受专业的猎头培训。
4.在1或2年内提升可提升为顾问。

1.大专或以上学历。
2.英文水平良好，听说流利。
3.思维敏捷，希望在猎头行业有一个良好的职业发展。
