5 o' ?. G" L4 q7 {2.To meet service performance standard by responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints with care and efficiency through high quality customer service and appropriate flexibility.
. k$ _: R8 [9 o0 y  f3.To identify sales opportunities and proactively cross sells related services.
$ o3 [( b% s" {4.To build and strength customer relationship with existing customers and establishes new relationship with potential customers through skillful telephone service.

+ u7 [3 H: t7 D5 E; K2 T7 {: s4 w1 X1.College graduated or above.
) q9 [. y& N  z  e; c# f6 G0 A2 ?2. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese and English fluently, CET- 4 is the priority.
- N) F8 T" I8 |+ @' T0 \3. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and be the good team player.

7. Proficient in PC skills and internet applications
7 q7 {  b# U8 W3 k8. This position needs being in shifts to work, works every day for 8 hours, the latest rush hour to dawn 2:00, takes turns on duty the night shift to enjoy the shift differential as well as the transportation allowance.
