Report checking result to company for better implementing company policy. l

# a* E+ e8 j8 yPrepare checking points and relevant material for each task l% x7 M8 h* W7 I% k
Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking l9 _5 k9 y. L. a) m
Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report l; J" X7 }9 F8 s3 V
Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group l- N. A) b4 Q& `5 c. P8 i- d
Summarize problems and share experience for each task l1 ], }) Y+ D& b) l/ I6 S
Answer questions raised from store & other different function dept. l- k/ S6 P2 |. m$ u/ A
