inefficient and ineffective. For this reason, 是negative development.

My view is that gender discrimination must be eliminated, but the practice expressed can only be
implemented in a certain number of areas where gender differences do not play a significant role,
in task fulfillment. After all, the differences are real and can never be denied. Therefore, for my
part, it is very difficult to say whether such an implementation is a positive or negative
development.
