Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English.
" Z* M8 v8 u. u& D* ASpecific Duties:7 \5 o( [- `- t9 ^6 |8 q7 O6 Y$ _, T
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time
% \9 y# H* m9 s1 r1 g U, Z2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.
# _; e# L# G) u$ q! _; u" ^3 C" J3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
