Customer Support Agent - Cantonese Speaker 广东话客户服务代表

General Summary:
6 l4 J7 N2 Z4 \7 z# h+ @5 XProactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English. 8 ~+ D! M0 q# Q4 R- \2 g
Specific Duties:
2 k1 A/ U- n/ y# L1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time1 ]" T0 n4 O9 ~+ p9 n  p) t! w
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.
0 }4 I/ a' `+ a  z4 t2 v3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.$ q- V* j1 P) k0 ]* ?( d6 B; G6 N
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.

1. Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred.$ A' ?" c0 W( i% J& c, g
2. Good oral and written English skills.
# w+ v* d+ p! \1 z. K3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
7 z1 h' u1 L; @2 O' ^# @2 ]) ]8 F4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
# k0 n; k' h/ h3 M% E5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.; N3 Y& f) g- q2 v
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet

7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
