Customer Support Agent - Cantonese Speaker 广东话客户服务代表

(Hong Kong Customer Support Department香港客户服务部)! [& x+ ?) M8 \: Z
General Summary:
& Y! z" O' c5 o& j. K4 sProactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English.
/ t; j2 O( ]: n/ l; u: C
Specific Duties:
# q8 E: A' G+ [+ D$ U; G8 G, H$ F1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time) O# `+ d' p# p* {: x
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.
9 N( O+ i# U$ Q* t+ _3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.: X7 W8 Y; {0 ?5 h( u
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management., `0 Q* ^8 T0 q, K* y* [8 ?9 Q
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.% W" ?$ j8 }8 [% m) P& v9 O1 ]
6. Perform related duties as assigned.

1. Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred." m  _! M5 {' l: j! R2 R
2. Good oral and written English skills.
7 [0 E& O% A8 o" T# U3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.' N0 l' A! b( O, W- n' r
4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
' V2 y  J: U8 @5 F% }* ?6 P5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.: I/ R, v( T4 V
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet

7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
