Customer Support Agent - Cantonese Speaker 广东话客户服务代表

General Summary:
4 m7 i6 x$ l0 E9 p. S9 AProactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English.

Specific Duties:" X7 w3 X  \1 y- C7 N7 B  H
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time
6 |. x# d1 f0 @  @: @2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.
. u, z" y& ^% G/ A5 D3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
4 e: U) m# T4 ?7 K; B* D5 C* I4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.* O  D' X& M% A& @2 N
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.; o/ J; ]5 y5 r; Z% l9 i) E
6. Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

( y6 U6 H0 X- s1 U1 j6 F1. Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred.$ m) x% p1 u$ h# B
2. Good oral and written English skills.
* m+ Z5 m7 t8 W# y3 y1 o3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
7 p! }( q' \3 H( \$ v3 i  R4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
) O, V3 J$ v/ c% E6 U0 x/ K3 A8 a5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.( j  f  ]/ J2 Z- K8 x
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet

7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
