1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time1 o# D1 q# C; i+ ]$ D7 H
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.2 r+ {" W* g, i7 x0 N1 ] G0 d
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
