此次在线宣讲会是马士基10月份即将举行的校园招聘宣讲会的前站，相信是马士基在正式进入校园前与您沟通的一个好机会。

Christian Zhu先生 Mr. Zhu joined Maersk right after graduation from Shanghai Maritime University 8 years ago, and has worked in Maersk as MISE trainee, Customer Service, Logistics Operation, Trade Analyst, E-commerce Country Ambassador; Logistics GCA Home Depot Origin Client Manager, etc.
In his eyes, Maersk is “a unique place you can find in shipping industry with most opportunities associated with your career”
Rachel Yu小姐
Ms. Rachel YU has worked with Maersk Logistics in past 5 years as Key Client Manager, Tianjin Branch Manager, PRE Regional Manager, Corporate Commercial Manager. Before joining Maersk, Ms. YU worked with Unilever and Proctor & Gamble for many years.

Vivian Cheng小姐
Graduated from Shanghai International Studies University and will be expatriated to USA by the end of this year after rotation in supplychain management department and commercial department of Maersk China.

The exposure you will get from the program education itself and expatriation afterwards is tramendous. You are correcft that tests combined with interviews are required for application. Mr.Christian Zhu 答 yama 说：There is no very specific qualitification requirement for being a staff in Logistics industry. In Maersk Logsitics, there are only a handful of positions requires professional logistics knowledge and skillsets. And even for those positions, Maersk did choose some staff without Logistics background sometimes and offer them training to develop the skillsets. Maersk pays more attention to personality and work behavior in developing staff.(18:27:21)

Mr.Christian Zhu 答 leungwong 说：You may find some answers in my reply to "yama". In short, there is not many restrictions on applicants for logistics positions. In fact most of staff working for Maersk Logistics today has no logistics or even shipping/transportation background.(18:32:51)
