Work location: Guangzhou
Responsibilities:
* ^* q8 B/ y/ ^/ X! G" D# R5 }6 G>
% G2 r- r4 u) ]5 P- EProvide technical support and troubleshooting, execute system configuration per system buildup, and execute installation and commission for one new lab setup
>
Cooperate with internal users perform system test on Telecom equipment and finish system upgrade and daily maintenance

Execute system Optimization and Root cause analyze

Responsibilities:

IT server/applications support and deployment, including Exchange, SMS, WSUS, anti-virus etc.

Second line helpdesk end user support.

Know well in LDAP/RADIUS authentication method and its application, have experience in 802.1x deployment is preferred.
