>
Provide technical support and troubleshooting, execute system configuration per system buildup, and execute installation and commission for one new lab setup
>
Cooperate with internal users perform system test on Telecom equipment and finish system upgrade and daily maintenance

Execute system Optimization and Root cause analyze

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master degree majored in Telecommunication, Computer Science or related

  ~! Y9 S) w* }: h) \' z& EGood communication and interpersonal skills
>
Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking, CET-6 holder preferred

Responsibilities:

IT server/applications support and deployment, including Exchange, SMS, WSUS, anti-virus etc.

Second line helpdesk end user support.

Requirements:

Experienced in Windows platform maintenance and its applications;

" h/ F" P% s7 e3 m: u, m5 QFamiliar with TCP/IP protocol and troubleshooting skill.
>
Know well in LDAP/RADIUS authentication method and its application, have experience in 802.1x deployment is preferred.

Have basic knowledge in Web development and database management.
